Crunchy matzos topped with L’Etivaz AOP -lavas spread and a pearl onion

Ingredients:

  • 2 matzos
  • 50 g chickpeas, drained
  • 20 g pine nuts
  • 6 lovage leaves
  • 20 g cocktail onions
  • L’Etivaz AOP
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons p olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Blend the chickpeas
  2. Add the pine nuts, mayonnaise, olive oil, salt and pepper and continue blending until you have a creamy texture.
  3. Chop the cocktail onions in half.
  4. Finely chop the lovage leaves and mix with the grated L’Etivaz AOP and cocktail onions into the hummus.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread onto a matzos.

A simple breakfast with a dip and a crunch.
