Serves 4
Time: approx. 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh blueberries
- 3 tbsp honey (locally produced)
- 4 slices brioche bread
- butter for cooking
Creamy Appenzeller®:
- 50 g Appenzeller® Gold Label
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 1 tsp apple cider vinega
- a pinch of sea salt
For garnishing:
- fresh tarragon
Preparation:
- Combine the blueberries and honey in a bowl.
- To prepare the creamy Appenzeller, finely grate the cheese. Mix together with remaining ingredients until creamy.
- Heat butter in a skillet and pan-fry the brioche until golden.
- Top the brioche with a dollop of creamy Appenzeller® and 1-2 tablespoons of honey blueberries.
- Garnish with fresh tarragon and serve immediately.
