Ingredients:
- 2 slices of Pomodoro tomato
- 1 white onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 6 basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 2 dl olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 10 sprigs tarragon
- Le Gruyère AOP Mild
Preparation:
- Finely chop the white onion.
- Coarsely chop the Pomodoro tomato.
- Press the garlic.
- Fry the onion, then add the garlic, tomato and paprika.
- Reduce.
- Add capers.
- Cut Le Gruyère AOP Mild into cubes and add to the fricassee at the end.
- Add the chopped tarragon and basil.
- Serve on bruschetta.
