Appenzeller® Silver Label salad with juicy pear, sprinkled with caramelised nuts, celery and olive oil

Ingredients:

  • 1 Doyenne de Comice pear
  • 1 handful of roasted pecan nuts
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 6 leaves of celery
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chardonnay vinegar
  • Slices of Appenzeller® Silver Label

Preparation:

  1. Peel the celery stalks and chop into pieces.
  2. Peel the pear and dice.
  3. And finally chop the celery leaves.
  4. Coarsely chop the pecan nuts.
  5. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl with the olive oil and chardonnay vinegar.
  6. Divide the salad onto the plates.
  7. Top with the slices of Appenzeller® Silver Label.
