Ingredients:
- 1 croissant
- 50 g Appenzeller® Extra
- 1 tablespoon of apple syrup
- 4 pecan nuts
- Handful of sprouting leeks
Preparation:
- Cut the Appenzeller® Extra into thin slices and coarsely chop the pecan nuts.
- Then cut the croissant in half and insert the thin slices of Appenzeller® Extra, the pecan nuts, the apple syrup and finish with the sprouting leeks.
A garnished croissant is ideal for days when you want that little bit more, but you don’t have time to make breakfast. Go for a tasty combination of savoury and sweet with the Appenzeller® Extra and the apple syrup.
